Film producer Boney Kapoor is preparing for a series of upcoming projects. He is currently working on ‘No Entry Mein Entry,’ the sequel to the comedy ‘No Entry.’ Beyond this, Kapoor has outlined plans for six additional films, including projects featuring his children. Additionally, he plans to collaborate with a leading actress.
In a recent interview, Boney Kapoor spoke about his future projects, which include six films, comprising four Hindi and two Tamil productions.
Aside from ‘No Entry Mein Entry,’ Kapoor’s upcoming film slate includes projects with Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Shraddha Kapoor. Shraddha Kapoor starred in ‘Stree 2,’ which earned over 800 crore. Kapoor also has several scripts ready for production.
He mentioned that he will not start multiple films simultaneously. He wants his children to be satisfied when they work on his films, ensuring they are not doing it just because of parental pressure. He shared an experience with Anil Kapoor, who initially hesitated to work in ‘Bewafaa’ and ‘Judaai,’ but was eventually convinced.
Kapoor also discussed his history of acquiring remake rights, having spent 30-35 crore rupees throughout his career. He revealed that the most expensive remake rights were for a film that hasn’t been made yet, costing him 3.5 crore rupees. The Hindi rights were given to Luv Ranjan, while Boney Kapoor retains the all-India rights.
In 2024, Kapoor had previously announced his plans to produce 4-5 Hindi films and 2 Tamil, 1 Telugu, and 1 Kannada film within the following two years. He also expressed his interest in producing Punjabi, Kannada, and Bhojpuri films.
