In this episode, an incident was seen on Tuesday in Asraha of Kewati block of Darbhanga district. When a pregnant woman started to have pain, her family made a boat of jugaad and somehow got her out of the village and taken to the hospital. The woman was treated after arriving at the hospital.
Actually Asraha village is in the grip of floods, due to which people are facing a lot of difficulty in getting in or out of the village. Meanwhile, Rukhsana Parveen, an eight-month pregnant woman, suddenly began to have severe pain. The road was submerged due to being engulfed in flood waters, it was difficult to get out of the house due to more water than the waist.
The family built a tube boat with jugaad technology and put wood on it and placed the pregnant woman and her mother. Then four five youths somehow brought the jugaad’s boat out of the house after which the woman put on auto was immediately rushed to the Primary Health Center, Kewati, where the woman was treated.
Chance of heavy rains in North Bihar for three days, alert issued in districts
For the next three days, the monsoon will have a major impact in North Bihar. Good rainfall is expected from the catchment area of Nepal to the Terai region of North Bihar. In view of the meteorological forecast, an alert has been issued in the districts of North Bihar. The teams of NDRF and SDRF have been asked to be ready in all districts. Officers’ holidays for relief and rescue operations have been canceled with immediate effect.
The heavy rainfall in 24 hours broke
the record of 31 years, while the heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours in North Bihar has broken the record of 31 years. On Monday, the entire North Bihar has received 206 mm of rain, while on July 3, 1989, 202 mm of rain was recorded. Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Sitamarhi, East Champaran, West Champaran, Gopalganj, Shivhar and Vaishali have received similar rains.
According to the Meteorological Department, the water level of all the places has improved , even after years, such a large area has received rain. There are two effects of this heavy rain. One is that the water level of all places has improved, and the second is the disruption of life in urban areas. In districts where there has been rain, there has been an increase in problems due to water logging in the urban area. Many neighborhoods are completely surrounded by water. At the same time, up to 60 percent of the crop in rural areas has been submerged.
