Raipur. As per the promise made in the manifesto, the BJP government of the state on Sunday provided the first installment of Mahtari Vandan Yojana to the women of the state. Prime Minister Modi, who virtually participated in the program organized at the Science College ground in Raipur, pressed the button and transferred thousand rupees as the first installment to the bank accounts of the beneficiary women. After transferring the funds to the beneficiary women in the program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his address by saluting Maa Danteshwari, Maa Bamleshwari and Maa Mahamaya. He said that two weeks ago I had laid the foundation stone and inaugurated projects worth Rs 35 thousand crore in Chhattisgarh, and today I have the privilege of dedicating the Mahtari Vandan Yojana which empowers women power. Under the scheme, a promise of giving one thousand rupees every month was made to more than 70 lakh mothers and sisters of Chhattisgarh. BJP has fulfilled its promise. Today the first installment of Rs 655 has been released under the scheme.

The Prime Minister said that before the elections, many parties make big promises, talk about bringing stars from the sky, but only the BJP government fulfills the promises. We have fulfilled the promise of Mahtari Vandan Yojana, congratulations to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai for this. Modi's guarantee means guarantee that the guarantee will be fulfilled. The BJP government of Chhattisgarh is continuously fulfilling all our guarantees. Benefit of 18 lakh housing, given the benefit of bonus, purchased paddy for Rs 3100, the difference amount will also be paid under Krishak Unnati Yojana soon. These public welfare works will be taken forward in the coming 5 years. I am confident that the BJP government of Chhattisgarh will continue to fulfill such guarantees.

Before this, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai while addressing the gathering in Raipur said that mothers and sisters, the day for which you were waiting has come. Prime Minister Modi had given you a guarantee that if our government is formed in Chhattisgarh, we will start Mahtari Vandan Yojana. This scheme is being started from today in the presence of the Prime Minister. Under the scheme, today one thousand rupees is being transferred to the bank accounts of 70 lakh 12 thousand 600 women as the first installment.
