Raipur. The body of an elderly man from Bilaspur has been found in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Through a twenty-year-old shirt, the UP police identified the body as Gajbadan Singh, a resident of Bilaspur. It is being told that he had left home saying that he was going to Mathura, where his body was found. The Mathura police contacted the Bilaspur police through the tailor’s sticker on the shirt worn by the deceased and informed the family.

Let us tell you that a missing person case of Gajbadan Singh was registered in Bilha police station. The body of a person was found in Mathura. There was a sticker of the tailor’s name on his shirt. Through this, on 2 June 2024, Mathura Uttar Pradesh police station in-charge IPS trainee Twinkle Jain contacted IPS trainee Ajay Kumar of Bilaspur. The shirt worn by the deceased had a sticker of Vikram Tailor BSP. On the basis of the sticker, Vikram Tailor located in City Kotwali was identified. When Vikram Tailor’s shop was closed, Vikram Tailor was called to the police station.

The tailor did not recognize the person and recognized the shirt and said that the shirt was about 20 years old. On the assumption that the deceased was a resident of Bilaspur, the police department employees sent his photograph to various areas to identify the unknown body. After a lot of effort, the deceased was identified as Gajbadan Singh, 75 years old, a missing person registered in Bilha police station. The deceased’s family was informed and the body was sent for handing over. IPS trainee Twinkle Jain of Mathura Police, IPS trainee Ajay Kumar of Bilaspur Police, Inspector Vijay Chaudhary of City Kotwali police station and his team made a special contribution in this operation.
