Raipur. IPS Amresh Kumar Mishra is returning to his parent cadre on central deputation. 2005 batch IPS Amresh has been relieved by the Central Government even before completing the deputation period.
In fact, the state government had written a letter to the Center requesting Amresh Mishra to be relieved before the completion of his deputation period. 2005 batch IPS Amresh Mishra has worked as SP in Raipur, Dantewada, Durg and Korba districts. Amresh was currently serving as DIG in NIA.
EOW- may get command of ACB
There is talk that after joining the state, Amresh Mishra can be given the command of EOW-ACB Chief. Amresh is considered to be a flamboyant and clean IPS officer.
