Bilaspur: Only students of government schools will have to give exams, relief to private schools, the Chhattisgarh High Court has given a big relief to the Private School Management Association and has given an important decision on the board examinations of the fifth and eighth. The court has ordered that in this session the state government will not be able to take the centralized board examination of students of private schools.
However, this relief is given for only 2024–25 season. At the same time, it will be mandatory for students of government schools to take the exam. The single bench of High Court Justice BD Guru gave this decision while hearing the petition of private schools and parents union. After this decision, students and parents of private schools have got a big relief. This order of the court is also raising questions on the system of the government.
