Bijapur. In Naxal -affected Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, security forces have arrested five Naxalites, including a prize. As part of the anti -Naxal operations, police station Usur police and central paramilitary forces took joint action and arrested five Naxalites, including a prize of Rs 1 lakh of Rs 1 lakh of the banned organization DAKMS. Security forces have recovered huge quantity of promotional materials, pamphlets and batteries from these Naxalites.
Explain that as part of the campaign against Naxalites, the joint team of police station Usur, CRPF 229 Battalion and Cobra 201, 205, 206 conducted a search operation in Nelakankar, Marudaba and Kamlapur areas. During this period, five Naxalites involved in suspicious activities were caught. When he was searched, Maoist promotional materials, pamphlets and small and large averted batteries were recovered from his bags.

All the arrested Naxalites were brought to the police station Usur, where legal action was completed against them. After this he has been produced in the Honorable Court, Bijapur on judicial remand.
