Awareness, timely check-ups, and proper treatment are the mantras for cancer prevention – Chief Minister Shri Say.
Raipur / Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Say appealed to the people of the state on February 4th, on the occasion of World Cancer Day, to be aware of a serious disease like cancer and to get timely check-ups and treatment. He said that this day provides us with an opportunity to raise public awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and effective treatment.
Chief Minister Shri Say said that the state government is committed to cancer prevention and treatment. Many important steps have been taken to strengthen health services in Chhattisgarh. Facilities for cancer screening and treatment are being expanded in government hospitals, so that patients can get accessible and affordable treatment.
Chief Minister Shri Say said that cancer can be prevented through awareness, regular check-ups, and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The Chief Minister appealed to the citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle by staying away from unhealthy lifestyles and diets and said that a healthy lifestyle is the basis of longevity and a healthy life.
