Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a tour of Dantewada and Bijapur districts today. They will participate in various programs organized in these districts. The Chief Minister will leave by helicopter from Police Ground Helipad Raipur at 10.05 am and will reach district headquarters Dantewada at 11.25 am. At 12 noon the CM will visit the temple and offer prayers at Danteshwari temple. After that, he will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Pujan of various development works. CM will leave from Dantewada by helicopter at 01.50 pm and reach district headquarters Bijapur at 2.10 pm, here he will participate in the youth dialogue program at Central Library Bijapur at 2.15 pm. CM will participate in the program of distribution of compassionate appointment orders and tendupatta bonus to the dependents of Naxal victim families at the mini stadium at 2.20 pm. After discussing with the security forces at Police Lines, Bijapur at 3.35, the Chief Minister will leave for Raipur by helicopter at 3.50.
General meeting of Raipur Municipal Corporation today
The general body meeting of Raipur Municipal Corporation will be held today at 11 am, which will be held in the general assembly auditorium located on the fourth floor of Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, the municipal corporation headquarters building. This meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Municipal Corporation Chairman Pramod Dubey. The meeting will start with Question Hour, in which questions will be discussed as per rules during the first one hour. After this, there will be discussion on the topics set in the agenda. Information in this regard has been given by Municipal Corporation’s Additional Commissioner and Corporation Secretary Vinod Pandey. It is being told that a total of 32 agendas will be discussed in the general meeting. This is the last general meeting of Mayor Ajaz Dhebar and Congress Council. Along with this, there is a possibility of uproar in the meeting on issues like construction work, purchase of e-bus, road sweeping machine.
Self Protection Initiative Championship-2024
Self Protection Initiative Championship – 2024 is being organized today at Eklavya Shooting Range, Police Line. This competition will start at 10 am. Cabinet Minister Tankaram Verma will be the chief guest of this event. The objective of the championship is to promote the importance of self-defense and train youth in this direction.

The process of online counseling for admission to pharmacy courses in the state is starting from next week. Registration will start from October 7 for admission to M.Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy), Diploma Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) and Bachelor of Pharmacy Lateral.
