The Mahindra Thar has been refreshed with a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh. The updated SUV introduces design changes, comfort features, and tech upgrades to elevate the off-roading experience. The exterior design sees a new front fascia, a dual-tone front bumper, and R18 alloy wheels. Inside, the Thar offers an all-black interior theme and a new steering wheel. Exterior color options expand with the addition of Tango Red and Battleship Grey. The interior enhancements prioritize convenience, including rear AC vents, a sliding armrest (automatic), and a dead pedal (automatic). It now has door-mounted power windows and a rear-view camera. The fuel lid can be opened internally. The new Thar also incorporates a rear wiper and washer and A-pillar entry-assist handles. A 26.03 cm HD infotainment screen comes standard, supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, with USB Type-C ports. A direction monitoring system provides real-time tire orientation information for enhanced safety. Adventure Stats Gen II offers valuable off-road data to improve driving. The vehicle provides three engine options: a 2.0 M stallion Petrol (150Hp, 300/320 Nm), a 2.2L mHawk Diesel (130 Bhp, 300 nm), and a D117 CRDE Diesel (116 HP, 300 Nm).
