Hyundai’s Creta N Line is currently being offered with significant discounts, reflecting changes in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) structure. The price cuts, which can reach up to Rs 60,000, stem from the GST rate adjustments implemented on September 22. The Creta N Line’s pricing now begins at Rs 17.83 lakh following these tax reductions. The N8 DCT variant of the Hyundai Creta N Line enjoys the largest savings, with discounts varying between Rs 51,000 and Rs 60,000. The base N8 variant with a manual transmission has been discontinued, with the manual gearbox now only available on the N10 trim, which is priced at Rs 19.02 lakh. Automatic models have become more competitively priced compared to the manual version due to these revisions. The price cuts are made possible by the revised tax structure, with passenger vehicles now attracting an 18% GST, down from 28%. Additionally, the GST Council has removed the compensation cess on passenger vehicles. The Creta N Line features a 1.5-liter turbocharged GDi petrol engine, available with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCT automatic transmission. The engine produces approximately 157 bhp at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 253 Nm between 1,500 and 3,500 rpm.
