Hero MotoCorp has launched the Destini 110 scooter, offering it in VX and ZX variants. The price for the new Hero Destini 110 starts at ₹72,000 for the VX Cast Drum trim, with the ZX Cast Disc variant priced at ₹79,000. These prices are ex-showroom in Delhi. This scooter is designed as a budget-friendly version, featuring a smaller engine compared to the Destini 125. It will compete against popular scooters such as the Honda Activa 110 and TVS Jupiter 110.
Hero Destini 110: Design and Aesthetics
The new Destini 110 shares its design with the 125cc version. It incorporates a neo-retro design, chrome accents, projector LED headlamps, and H-shaped LED tail lights. The scooter features a 785 mm long seat, the longest in its category, and includes an integrated backrest, 12-inch wheels, and a front glove box. It is constructed with three substantial metal body panels, and the ZX variant comes with a 190 mm disc brake at the front.
Hero Destini 110: Technical Specifications
The Destini 110 is equipped with a 110cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, providing 7.9 bhp of power and 8.8 Nm of torque. It utilizes telescopic forks at the front and a single shock absorber at the rear. The scooter features a semi-digital instrument console and is offered in five different color options across both variants.
Hero Destini 110: Fuel Efficiency
Hero highlights the Destini 110’s impressive fuel efficiency, claiming a mileage of 56.2 kmpl. The scooter is engineered for smooth and reliable performance while keeping running costs low. It integrates Hero’s i3S (Idle Stop-Start System) technology and a one-way clutch to optimize fuel consumption. Sales will begin in phases through Hero’s dealerships. The Destini 110 is priced lower than the Activa 110 and is more economical than the top-tier Jupiter 110 models within the scooter market.
