Moto Morini has reduced the prices of its Seiemmezzo Retro Street and Scrambler models by up to ₹91,000. This significant price cut brings the ex-showroom price of the Moto Morini Seiemmezzo Retro Street 650 and Scrambler down to ₹4.29 lakh. The two bikes share similar specifications with a few cosmetic differences, the Scrambler featuring wire-spoke wheels instead of the Retro Street’s alloy wheels.
This is the second price reduction for the Seiemmezzo bikes this year. Previously, the Seiemmezzo 650 Retro Street was priced at ₹6.99 lakh, and the 650 Scrambler at ₹7.10 lakh. Earlier in the year, a ₹2 lakh reduction was announced, lowering the prices to ₹4.99 lakh and ₹5.20 lakh respectively. The latest price cut makes these bikes more attractive to potential buyers.
The price adjustments are happening before the upcoming changes in the GST structure. Under the revised GST, two-wheelers with engines exceeding 350cc will be subject to a 40% tax. Moto Morini has indicated that the prices will increase by up to ₹33,000 starting September 22, 2025, due to the new GST rates.
In addition, Moto Morini is offering festive season incentives, including loan and EMI options, alongside up to 95% coverage of the loan amount.
The Seiemmezzo 650 models are powered by the same 649cc parallel-twin engine. The engine produces 55 bhp and 54 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The price reduction brings them closer to the pricing of competitors like the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Benelli 650.
The Seiemmezzo 650 is distributed by Adishwar Auto Ride India (AARI), which handles brands such as Benelli, Keeway, Moto Morini, Zontes, and QJ Motor. AARI, part of the Mahavir Group, has an extensive network of over 60 dealerships and a customer base exceeding 20,000 across India.
