Mahindra has added a special edition to its electric vehicle portfolio for this festive season: the BE 6 Batman Edition. The company has officially begun deliveries. Initially, deliveries were planned to start on September 20, International Batman Day, but were later moved to September 25.
This model is a special limited version of the BE 6. Initially, sales were restricted to just 300 units. However, due to significant demand, the company increased production to 999 units. This change allowed more customers to acquire the collector’s edition. The ex-showroom price is ₹27.79 lakh, which is approximately ₹89,000 more than the top-spec Pack Three variant.
The BE 6 Batman Edition’s design received special attention. The car’s entire body features a custom satin black finish, giving it a premium and powerful look. The Alchemy Gold-colored suspension and brake calipers provide a contrasting, sporty appearance.
The 20-inch alloy wheels, custom Batman decals on the front doors, and the BE 6 × The Dark Knight badging on the rear set it apart. This edition is more than just a vehicle; it is a source of pride for collectors.
The car’s interior matches the uniqueness of the exterior. It includes a charcoal leather instrument panel, Suede leather upholstery with gold sepia stitching, and gold accents. Gold detailing is also found on the steering wheel, in-touch controller, and electronic parking brake.
The Bat-Sign is embossed on the seats, boost button, and interior details. The dashboard features a pinstripe graphic, and the infotainment screen displays a Batman welcome animation. Furthermore, the exterior sound profile is also themed around Batman, making it exceptionally unique.
The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition includes a 79 kWh battery pack. The company claims a range of up to 683 km on a full charge. In real-world conditions, even with the AC on, the car can easily travel over 500 km. This edition is notable not only for its design and theme but also for its performance capabilities.
