Hyundai is expanding the Creta lineup in India with the introduction of the King and King Limited Edition trims, marking the model’s tenth anniversary in the country. The new trims are priced from ₹17.89 lakh and feature a range of upgrades. Enhancements have also been made to the standard Creta and Creta N Line models. The Creta King trim provides a more luxurious experience with features such as larger 18-inch alloys, a memory function for the driver’s seat, and 8-way powered adjustment for the front passenger seat, along with dual-zone AC. Other features include a built-in dashcam, a sliding front armrest, a retractable seatback table, and a front passenger seat with boss mode. Touch-based HVAC controls, similar to those in the Alcazar, are incorporated, and the vehicle supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, using a wired-to-wireless adapter. All existing engine options are available, including the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines, and the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. Similar to the Knight Edition, the King variants feature a blacked-out aesthetic, but powertrain choices are limited to the petrol-CVT and diesel-AT. The King Limited Edition adds seatbelt covers, headrest cushions, new carpet mats, a key cover, and door cladding, and it is available exclusively with the 1.5-litre petrol CVT and 1.5-litre diesel AT engines, in a choice of three colors: Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Black Matte.
