Details have surfaced regarding Honda’s new electric motorcycle, a full-size model expected to launch soon. Described as the “EV Fun Concept,” the motorcycle was initially presented as a prototype at the 2024 Milan show. Extensive testing is underway in Europe, with a production-spec model planned for unveiling in the coming months. The bike is envisioned as a mid-sized naked motorcycle with a fixed battery and rapid-charging capabilities, thanks to CCS2 compatibility. The design is expected to feature a single-sided swingarm, monoshock rear suspension, belt drive, inverted front forks with twin discs, and radial calipers. The charging port will be cleverly integrated into the fuel tank. The motorcycle is being developed primarily for the European market, with an emphasis on user-friendliness and enjoyable daily use. Honda is aiming to deliver a bike that is both fun to ride and practical for everyday commuting. The new bike might be retailed through Honda’s Bigwing showrooms. Further information will be released soon.
