Volkswagen India is presenting lucrative offers to customers during the festive season. This month, customers have the opportunity to save significantly on the Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus. The potential savings can reach up to ₹3 lakh on select models.
**Volkswagen Taigun Discount Details**
Similar to last month, substantial discounts are available on the Volkswagen Taigun, with potential savings reaching up to ₹3 lakh. The Tiguan, the flagship model, is imported as CBU and features a 204hp 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, distributing power across all wheels.
**Significant Savings Opportunities**
Compared to last month, the overall discount on the Volkswagen Taigun has decreased by around ₹1 lakh. The Taigun topline 1.0-liter TSI AT variant offers the most considerable savings, whereas the Highline and GT line trims provide ₹1 lakh and ₹1.1 lakh discounts, respectively. Echoing the Virtus, the Taigun Comfortline base trim is offered at a special price of ₹10.99 lakh, which is ₹80,000 off the ex-showroom price. The Taigun GT 1.5-liter TSI (both chrome and sport) variants allow buyers to save up to ₹1.55 lakh on both MT and DSG transmissions.
**Volkswagen Virtus Discounts**
The Volkswagen Virtus lineup, with its 115hp, 1.0-liter turbo-petrol variant, has the highest discount, offering savings of up to ₹1.5 lakh. The entry-level Virtus Comfortline model is now available at ₹10.54 lakh, down from ₹11.56 lakh, which is a price reduction of ₹1.02 lakh. The model features a 150hp, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine. Virtus models offer maximum discounts up to ₹90,000, combined with exchange and loyalty bonuses. Discounts varying from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 are available on all 1.5-liter variants equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Subsequently, the total discount on the Virtus has decreased from ₹2 lakh last month.
