The upcoming festive season, commencing with Navaratri, marks the implementation of GST 2.0 on September 22nd. This year, the festivities bring good news for SUV enthusiasts, as GST 2.0 reforms will reduce prices for popular models like the Honda Elevate, MG Hector, and Kia Seltos. Honda Elevate:
During the festive season, Honda Cars India is offering substantial discounts across its entire range. The Elevate SUV leads the pack with discounts reaching up to ₹1.22 lakh on the range-topping ZX trim. The VX trim offers a festive discount of ₹78,000, while the V trim sees benefits up to ₹58,000. The base SV trim is not included in these offers. The implementation of GST 2.0 has resulted in a price reduction of up to ₹57,500 for the Honda Elevate.
MG Hector:
MG Motor India is providing offers on select variants of the Hector and Astor SUVs. The MG Hector Sharp Pro MT, a high-spec variant, is now available with benefits of up to ₹1.88 lakh. This includes a GST benefit of up to ₹1.49 lakh. This results in a reduced ex-showroom price of ₹18.99 lakh, down from the original ₹21.13 lakh.
Kia Seltos:
Kia is offering discounts on various models, with the Seltos SUV seeing the most significant reduction in its ex-showroom price. Savings can reach up to ₹1.75 lakh. This limited-time offer includes pre-GST benefits of up to ₹58,000 and festive season benefits of up to ₹1.17 lakh. Consequently, the ex-showroom price of the Seltos has been lowered from ₹11.18 lakh to ₹9.43 lakh.
Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo:
Mahindra has announced GST benefits, along with additional discounts for the festive season, across its entire SUV lineup. The Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo are eligible for discounts of up to ₹2.56 lakh. This includes a GST saving of ₹1.27 lakh on the ex-showroom price, in addition to benefits reaching ₹1.29 lakh. The Bolero range now begins at ₹8.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
