Authorities have confirmed that he is currently in the custody of the Special Cell in Delhi. Salim, a fugitive since 2018, is known for bringing Turkish-made ZIGANA pistols to Indian gangsters. He was involved in the smuggling of modern weapons from Pakistan for years, supplying them to criminal groups. After an initial arrest in 2018, he managed to escape the country after being released on bail.
