Raipur, November 21, 2025//Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today lauded the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Minister of Labor and Employment Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya on the historic implementation of four labor codes in the country.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this significant decision of labor reforms is an unprecedented guarantee of the rights, security, social dignity, and economic empowerment of more than 40 crore workers in the country.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that today is a milestone in the history of India’s labor sector. With the implementation of the four labor codes, provisions such as the right to minimum wages, equal pay for women, gratuity for fixed-term employees, social security for every worker, free health check-ups, and double pay for overtime will be ensured across the country. He said that these provisions will not only benefit the working class but will also make the industrial environment more transparent, balanced, and labor-friendly.
Chief Minister said that the implementation of labor codes is a major transformative step in the direction of the inclusive and self-reliant India envisioned by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He said that India’s working population is the foundation of the nation’s production power and economic prosperity, and the protection of their rights is a priority for any strong nation. These codes will provide a safer, more dignified, and empowered environment for the country’s labor force.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya for this decision which gives the highest priority to the protection of workers’ rights, their welfare, and social security. He said that these reforms will prove to be the foundation of a new economy, better industrial relations, and a strong labor market.
