Ramgarh resonated with national pride as it marked the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel through an inspiring Unity March. The event was bolstered by the presence of local Member of Parliament Manish Jaiswal and MLA Roshan Lal Chaudhary, drawing a substantial crowd of BJP members and supporters.
The Unity March, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and ‘Mera Bharat’, began with the powerful chanting of ‘Vande Mataram.’ MP Jaiswal and MLA Chaudhary led the procession from Ramgarh College to Patel Chowk, a route symbolizing unity and remembrance.
During the commemoration, MP Manish Jaiswal spoke about Sardar Patel’s unparalleled role in forging a united India and his instrumental efforts in integrating the princely states. He urged attendees to internalize Patel’s dedication to the nation and make it their guiding principle. Jaiswal described Patel’s life as a testament to courage, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. MLA Roshan Lal Chaudhary called upon the community to dedicate themselves to the service of the nation.
