★ Approval was given to the draft notification received from the Reserve Bank of India for the operation of the Guarantee Redemption Fund.
★ The Council of Ministers approved the revised irrevocable authorization letter format to be submitted by the state government to the RBI, for drawing loans under the Urban Infrastructure Development Fund (UIDF) from the National Housing Bank (NHB) for the implementation of schemes.
★ The Council of Ministers approved amendments to the notification issued for the creation of 1315 posts of Principal Conservator of Forests by surrendering 1315 posts out of a total of 3883 sanctioned posts in the Forest Ranger cadre under the Department of Forests, Environment and Climate Change.
★ Approval was given for the installation of STEM Labs in one Chief Minister’s Excellent School (CM SoE) in each of the 24 districts of the state.
★ Approval was given to cover teachers and non-teaching staff of Netarhat Residential School, Netarhat, appointed through the Netarhat School Committee, under the old pension scheme.
★ Approval was given to the concepts/principles for the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of the Vaidyanath Vihar Hotel, Deoghar, as a 4-star category hotel in PPP mode, with an estimated project cost of ₹ 113.97 crore.
★ The Council of Ministers approved the provisional program for convening the fourth (winter) session of the Sixth Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from December 5, 2025, to December 11, 2025.
★ Approval was given to provide a total amount of ₹ 37.27 crore (Thirty-seven crore twenty-seven lakh) from the Jharkhand Contingency Fund for the Setu Bandhan project approved under the sub-scheme under the Central Sector Scheme CRIF by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, New Delhi.
★ Approval was given to cancel the order of dismissal from service of Dr. Maithilisharan, Tutor, Microbiology Department, Patliputra Medical College, Dhanbad, in light of the order passed by the Hon’ble Jharkhand High Court in Writ Petition No. 1289/2014 Dr. Maithali Sharan Vs State Of Jharkhand on April 6, 2023, who was dismissed from service.
★ Approval was given for the regularization of service of contractual non-teaching staff appointed under the World Bank-supported Polytechnic Education Strengthening Project under the Higher and Technical Education Department.
★ In compliance with the request of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research – National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (ICAR, National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resource), Lucknow, approval was given to the proposal to declare the indigenous Magur (Clarias magur) as the State Fish of Jharkhand, similar to other states.
★ Approval was given to notify Model Rules – e-Sakshya and e-Summons for the implementation of three new criminal laws.
★ Amendments were approved to the Jharkhand State Police Radio Sub-Inspector, Wireless Sub Inspector Cadre Recruitment Rules, 2016 (as amended).
★ Amendments were approved to the notified rules for appointment to the post of Constable in the India Reserve Battalion.
★ Administrative approval was given for the widening & strengthening/reconstruction of existing pavement to two lanes with paved shoulders, including the replacement of culverts and bridges of Giridih-Jamua Road (SH-13) (Chainage 6.810 Km. to 35.250 Km.) (Total length – 28.44 km) (including land acquisition) under the Road Division, Giridih, for an amount of ₹ 133,01,85,200/- (One hundred thirty-three crore one lakh eighty-five thousand two hundred) only.
★ Administrative approval was given for the ‘Improvement of Riding Quality’ work of Simdega Rengari-Kersai-Bolwa-Odisha Border Part-1 (Length – 0.00 km to 33.91 km) & Part-2 (Length – 0.00 km to 14.30 km) (Total length 48.21 km) under the Road Division, Simdega, for an amount of ₹ 29,76,22,300/- (Twenty-nine crore seventy-six lakh twenty-two thousand three hundred) only.
★ Considering the short time remaining for Jharkhand Foundation Day 2025 and the importance of the event, approval was given to issue a work order at approximately fifty percent higher than the generally estimated and assessed rate to the minimum rate quoted by the agency selected through limited tender process for the state cultural program to be organized on the occasion.
★ Approval was given for the paid lease settlement for 30 (thirty) years with M/s Hindalco Industries Limited for a total area of 147.05 acres of Gair Majrua Aam/Khas land in various plots of Mauza-Chakla, Thana No.-238, Khata No.-281 and 280 within Chandwa Anchal, Latehar district, for the Chakla Coal Project.
