Raipur, November 3, 2025 / On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee year of Chhattisgarh state formation, the Budhapara Outdoor Stadium in the capital Raipur will become a platform for speed, thrill, and youth enthusiasm on November 8 and 9. This special program organized in the series of Silver Jubilee celebrations will be a symbol of Chhattisgarh’s new energy, innovative spirit, and youth potential.
This grand event of the MRF National Supercross Bike Racing Championship 2025, organized by the Chhattisgarh Motor Sports Association, will not only promote exciting motor sports but will also serve as a medium to convey social messages to the youth such as safe driving, wearing helmets, and avoiding racing on the roads.
Before the program, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai himself rode a bike to give the message of “Safe Driving” to the youth. Wishing the successful organization of the National Supercross Bike Racing Championship to be held on November 8-9, he said, “Youth have immense energy, and it is our collective responsibility to channel that energy in the right direction.” Chief Minister Shri Sai, while giving the message of safe driving to the youth, said that life is precious, so always wear a helmet while riding a two-wheeler and follow traffic rules. Do not race on the roads at all.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Silver Jubilee year is an opportunity to celebrate Chhattisgarh’s achievements as well as to instill discipline, responsibility, and positive energy in the new generation. He said that we want the youth of Chhattisgarh to be recognized not just by speed, but by restraint and determination.
President of Chhattisgarh Motor Sports Association, Shri Ujjwal Deepak, stated that this event is an effort to provide a positive direction to the youth at the national level. He said, “We want speed to be a passion, not a risk – this is the real idea behind this championship.”
The most special aspect of this event is that the racing will not be on the roads, but on a specially constructed safe racing track, where all safety standards will be fully adhered to.
It is noteworthy that top riders from across the country will participate in this two-day Supercross Championship. Organized with the support of MRF, this competition is set to give Chhattisgarh a new and respectable identity on the country’s motor sports map.
