Sarla Birla Public School recently hosted the dynamic Jharkhand Model United Nations (JH MUN) 2025, an event that concluded on October 12, 2025, after two days of intense engagement. The conference was a spectacular display of student talent, characterized by high energy, spirited discussions, and the generation of impactful ideas. It effectively honed participants’ skills in debate, negotiation, and public speaking, fostering a rich environment for critical thinking and enhancing global consciousness.
Student-led simulated committees tackled significant global challenges head-on. Delegates immersed themselves in researching and proposing resolutions for complex issues, demonstrating remarkable analytical acumen and diplomatic skill. The outcomes of their intensive discussions showcased not only problem-solving abilities but also a deep appreciation for international relations and the importance of collaborative efforts.
A prestigious awards ceremony celebrated the delegates’ exceptional contributions. Top honors, including Best Delegate, High Commendation, Special Mention, and Verbal Mentions, were awarded across the UNGA, UNSC, WTO, Lok Sabha, JLA, AIPPM, and IPL committees. The International Press Corps (IPC) also recognized outstanding reporting with High Commendation awards.
The selection of awardees was meticulously managed by the executive board, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
