The India-Pakistan match in the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 is being played at the R Premadasa Cricket Stadium in Colombo. This is the fifth time these two teams have met in an ODI World Cup. India has made a single change to their playing 11 for the match against Pakistan. Amanjot Kaur has been ruled out due to illness, and Renuka Singh Thakur has been brought in to replace her. The rest of the team remains the same as the one that secured victory against Sri Lanka. Smriti Mandhana and Pratika Rawal will be the opening batters. The team also includes prominent players such as Harleen Deol, Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, and Deepti Sharma.
Pakistan has also made one change, with Omaima Sohail not playing, and Sadaf Shamas taking her place in the team. In ODI World Cup history, India has a perfect record against Pakistan, winning all four previous encounters.
