Prashant Kishor has accused Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary of discrepancies in his educational qualifications. He claims that Chaudhary declared himself as seventh-grade pass in a 1998 affidavit, but later claimed to be a graduate and even hold a PhD. Kishor presented Supreme Court documents suggesting that Chaudhary, then known as Samrat Kumar Maurya, had failed an exam and received only 234 marks, raising questions about the validity of his degrees. Kishor also targeted former minister Dilip Jaiswal, alleging that Jaiswal has taken control of a minority Sikh community college, questioning how a former clerk could become the owner. Furthermore, Kishor claimed that Jaiswal is accused of murdering an individual, Rajesh Shah. He urges Jaiswal to respond openly to the allegations in the media if he is innocent.
