Vivo is preparing to unveil its next-generation flagship phones, the X300 and X300 Pro. These new smartphones are rumored to launch in China as early as October. While the exact launch date for India is still unconfirmed, details regarding specifications and pricing expectations have surfaced. The Vivo X300 series is anticipated to be the first smartphone series to utilize MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset. While no official announcements have been made, the expected launch date for the X300 and X300 Pro in China is October 13. The X300 will reportedly have a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ display, succeeding the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. In a departure from previous models, the 6.67-inch variant will not be included. The X300 Pro will feature a larger 6.78-inch display. Details on the refresh rate and brightness remain undisclosed. Both phones will feature a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The standard X300 is expected to have a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera on the rear. The X300 Pro is rumored to include a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide lens. Both models are expected to run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 15. While the exact battery capacities are unconfirmed, reports suggest the X300 may have a 6,000mAh battery and the X300 Pro a 6,500mAh battery, both supporting 90W wired and wireless charging. The X300 Pro is expected to be priced around ₹99,999 in India, while the X300 may be priced around ₹70,000.
