Her lawyer, Sandeep Sethi, highlighted instances of online misuse, including the creation of fabricated images. The court has signaled its intent to issue an order protecting Bachchan’s personality and publicity rights, preventing the unauthorized commercial or promotional use of her name, image, or voice. Justice Tejas Karia confirmed that the court will direct platforms to remove infringing web links. Attorneys Praveen Anand and Dhruv Anand, representing Bachchan, have accused various entities of exploiting her identity. The petition also claims that her images are being altered and disseminated in pornographic forms, causing damage to her reputation. Senior advocate Sandeep Sethi emphasized that her name and images are being exploited to satisfy the desires of individuals.
