A review of proposed flyover projects in Ranchi city was conducted by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, focusing on the work plans and designs of three key infrastructure projects. The meeting, held at the Chief Minister’s residential office, involved detailed discussions with senior officials from the Road Construction Department. The Chief Minister reviewed the proposed flyover from Harmu (Sahajanand Chowk) to the ACB office, recognizing its potential to alleviate traffic congestion. He instructed officials to connect the Harmu flyover to the Ratu Road flyover to improve public convenience. Additionally, the Chief Minister discussed various aspects of the presentations concerning the flyover construction projects from Argora Chowk to Kathal More and from Karam Toli Chowk to Science City. He provided several directives, emphasizing the importance of a well-defined work plan and Detailed Project Report (DPR). The Chief Minister also directed the construction of a roundabout (rotary) above Argora Chowk to connect several important roads, thereby facilitating smoother traffic flow. The presentation also covered the construction of an elevated four-lane flyover from Karam Toli Chowk to Science City, alongside discussions on a road construction plan from the proposed Doctors Colony to Hill View, Bariatu Road.
