Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor, in a recent statement, revealed his plans for addressing corruption in Bihar. He stated that once the Jan Suraaj system is operational in November, corrupt leaders and officials will face consequences. He further mentioned the recovery of funds misappropriated from Bihar. The statement came during an interaction with journalists in Kishanganj, specifically in response to a query about Dilip Jaiswal. Kishor detailed his initial criticism of Dilip Jaiswal, accusing him of illegally occupying a college, and also referenced a murder charge against Rajesh Shah. He also addressed the perception of the MY (Muslim-Yadav) equation, arguing that it doesn’t exist. He pointed out that if the equation were true, there would be a larger number of Muslim MLAs in Bihar. He proposed that it is more of a YM (Yadav-Muslim) dynamic, where Muslims often vote for Yadav candidates, and vice-versa. He urged the abandonment of equations based on such groups, advocating for an ideology-based approach. He emphasized the importance of uniting under ideologies like those of Gandhi, Baba Saheb Ambedkar, communism, and socialism to combat the current ruling party.
