The Victory Day parade in China brought together heads of state from over 20 nations. The presence of North Korea’s Kim Jong Un and Russia’s Vladimir Putin was particularly noted. Kim Jong Un, Putin, and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif joined Xi Jinping at the event.
Before the parade, Trump posted on his Truth Social platform, directing a message to China’s Xi Jinping: “Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America.” This statement prompted a response from the Kremlin.
Kremlin official Yuri Ushakov addressed former US President Donald Trump’s claims that the leaders present at the Beijing military parade were plotting against Washington. Ushakov stated that Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Kim Jong Un are not engaged in any conspiracy targeting the United States.
Ushakov also added that everyone understands Trump’s and his administration’s roles in the current global situation. The parade, held by the People’s Liberation Army of China, commemorated the 80th anniversary of victory against the Japanese and in the World Anti-Fascist War. The event, which included leaders from countries like Pakistan, North Korea, and Russia, is viewed as a demonstration of China’s strength.
