Man Tortured and Assaulted with Petrol in Bhagalpur Over Theft Accusations

In a disturbing incident from Bhagalpur, Bihar, a man named Naveen Kumar was brutally tortured and assaulted based on allegations of theft. The accused, including the village head, are accused of detaining Naveen for several days. They reportedly subjected him to extreme abuse, including injecting petrol into his genitals. The victim has filed a complaint with the Jhandapur OP police station. The FIR names the village head, Vineet Kumar Singh, along with Ajay Singh, Lalit Singh, and Pappu Singh. The victim stated that he was taken to Ajay Singh’s house on August 31st, where he was held captive and subjected to torture. He was forced to confess to stealing Rs 1.35 lakh and threatened with death to himself and his family.
