Maruti Suzuki has refreshed the Ertiga for the Indian market, focusing on improvements to its features and aesthetics. This update includes changes to the air conditioning and the addition of modern connectivity options. The second-row AC vents have been relocated from the roof to behind the center console, a design choice that may streamline production. The base price for the updated Ertiga starts at ₹9.11 lakh.
Cosmetic upgrades include a redesigned rear spoiler, which adds a more dynamic appearance. For third-row passengers, the Ertiga now provides individual vents and blower controls, enhancing comfort. USB Type-C ports have been added for both the second and third rows, improving tech integration. The overall length of the new Ertiga has increased by 40mm to 4,435mm, featuring a new roof-mounted rear spoiler that adds to the vehicle’s road presence, updated tail lamps, a new tailgate, and revised rear quarter panels. The front design remains largely unchanged.
Safety is a key focus, with all variants now equipped with six airbags. The safety features are enhanced with 3-point seat belts for all seats. The engine options remain the same: a 1.5-liter K15C smart hybrid petrol and CNG versions. The petrol model delivers up to 20.51 Km/L, while the CNG variant offers approximately 26.11 Km/Kg fuel efficiency.
