He stressed the importance of their friendship and neighborly relations, advocating for the ‘Dragon and Elephant’ to collaborate.

He expressed gratitude for the welcome and noted the positive direction given to relations by their previous discussions in Kazan. Discussions also included border management agreements and the resumption of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
