According to early figures, ‘Coolie’ collected Rs 4.50 crore on Day 14, bringing its 14-day total to Rs 268.75 crore. Despite the weekday drops, the film has emerged as a major commercial success.
The storyline of ‘Coolie’ centers on Deva, a former gold smuggler working as a coolie, who aims to regain his past glory by reviving his old gang using stolen technology hidden in vintage golden watches, leading to unexpected consequences.
