Apple is set to open its fourth retail store in India, reinforcing its commitment to the Indian market. The new store will be located in Koregaon Park, Pune, and is scheduled to open on September 4th. This announcement comes shortly after the opening of a store in Bengaluru’s Hebbal area. This expansion initiative is a key component of Apple’s offline retail strategy in India, a country rapidly growing in importance for the company.
Customers visiting the Koregaon Park store will have the opportunity to explore and purchase Apple’s latest products. Dedicated team members, including Specialists, Creatives, Geniuses, and business teams, will be on hand to offer comprehensive guidance and assistance. The store will feature “Today at Apple” sessions, providing free workshops on skills like photography, music, art, and coding. As a special gesture for the launch, Apple is offering a unique Koregaon Park-themed wallpaper for download. Additionally, customers can enjoy a specially curated Apple Music playlist inspired by Pune. For more details about the upcoming store, the company has launched an official webpage.
Beyond retail expansion, Apple is also emphasizing its manufacturing presence in India. The company plans to assemble all models of the forthcoming iPhone 17 series, including the premium Pro versions, within India from the initial production runs. This will mark a significant milestone, as it will be the first time all new iPhone variants will be manufactured in India.
Apple has already established three retail stores in India, and the Pune store will be its fourth. The first Apple Store in India was inaugurated in April 2023 at Apple BKC, Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex. The second store followed in Saket, Delhi, within the Select City Walk mall, and the third opened in Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, on September 2, 2025. The fourth store is now ready to open its doors to customers.
