He predicted that tourism will be a major driver for India’s future development, generating around 25 million employment opportunities. Kant believes India’s progress hinges on excelling in travel, tourism, and creative endeavors.
He acknowledged the award recipients, pointing out that they embody both the country’s subtle and strong influences. Kant also noted that the tourism sector is essential for achieving the Prime Minister’s objective of growing the economy to over $30 trillion by 2047, given that India’s economy is already worth $4 trillion.
