In Jhunjhunu, a constable from the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary took his own life after an incident where he attacked his wife and son using a sword. The pair had been living apart for two years; the constable was posted in Sriganganagar, and his wife and son were residing in a rented apartment in Jhunjhunu. The attack occurred during a visit. The wife received serious injuries, while the son was treated for a deep wound on his neck. After the attack, the constable’s body was found on railway tracks, leading investigators to believe he intentionally placed himself in front of a moving train. Authorities also found a video allegedly made by the constable, in which he accused his wife of having an affair and being pregnant with another man’s child.
