Before installing the solar plant, Anjali Singh’s monthly electricity bill ranged from two and a half to three thousand rupees. However, with the solar plant in place, her electricity bill has been halved, providing her with significant financial relief. She attributes this to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is promoting renewable energy and contributing to the conservation of natural resources. The state government is also collaborating with the central government to extend the benefits of the PM Free Electricity Scheme to consumers. The Chief Minister, Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai’s cabinet has decided to provide an additional grant of up to 30 thousand rupees to incentivize renewable energy and offer relief to electricity consumers. Anjali Singh notes that earlier, power outages caused considerable inconvenience, necessitating repeated complaints. These issues are now resolved. The setup was completed within ten days of application. She expressed gratitude to the government for the scheme, highlighting the ease of maintaining the solar system, which involves no extra expenses. She encouraged everyone to participate in this beneficial scheme.
