On July 21, Pandaria MLA Bhavna Bohra and over 300 Kanwariyas started a 151-kilometer journey from Maa Narmada Temple Amarkantak to Bhoramdev Temple, which concluded on July 27 with the worship and Jalabhishek of Lord Bholenath Ji at Bhoramdev Temple. This Kanwar Yatra was started under the leadership of Pandaria MLA Bhavna Bohra, with the aim of seeking happiness, prosperity and well-being for the people of Chhattisgarh and the state, and it was completed in 7 days, crossing dense forests, mountains, rough paths, overflowing rivers and heavy rains, with the Jalabhishek of Shivji at Dongaria Mahadev and Bhoramdev Temple. All the obstacles were overcome by Pandaria MLA Bhavna Bohra and the Kanwariyas walking shoulder to shoulder with her, and in this journey, which started with a sacred resolve and immense faith in Lord Bholenath, a new energy, joy and enthusiasm were seen every day. After completing the 151-kilometer journey, Bhavna Bohra and all the Kanwariyas with her definitely proved that if you have a strong resolve and will power, you can achieve all your goals and resolutions with devotion and faith in your heart. This journey will be an example in itself in Chhattisgarh. This is the first time that a woman public representative has undertaken a difficult journey of 151 kilometers for the well-being of the state and the people of the state and has also given a message of women’s power.
On the last day of the journey, Pandaria MLA Bhavna Bohra and Kanwar pilgrims started their journey from Bodla at 7 am and reached Bhoramdev Temple at 12 noon. During this time, thousands of Shiv devotees, social and Hindu organizations, BJP officials, workers and locals in Bodla gave them a grand welcome by showering flowers. With the slogans of Har Har Mahadev and Bol Bam, the entire Kawardha was immersed in Shivbhakti and became saffron-colored. During this time, about 5000 or more Shiv devotees at Bhoramdev Temple gave them a grand welcome on their arrival at the temple. Everyone congratulated Bhavna Bohra and the Kanwar pilgrims who came with her with drums, music and devotional songs, and flower showers. This will be the first time that such a large crowd of devotees has reached Bhoramdev Temple, where people openly praised the Kanwar Yatra of Bhavna Bohra and the Kanwariyas who walked with her from Amarkantak to Bhoramdev.
This Kanwar Yatra started from Maa Narmada Temple Amarkantak and concluded at Bhoramdev Temple via Lamhni, Van Gram Mahamai, Khudiya, Gaurkanpa, Pandaria, Mohtara, Pandatarai, Dongaria Mahadev, Bodla. During this time, a Bhandara and Mahaprasadi distribution were also organized at Bhoramdev Temple in which more than 5000 Shiv devotees received the Prasad. On this occasion, MLA Bhavna Bohra also congratulated the devotees and Kanwar pilgrims who came to visit Bhoramdev Temple and distributed the Prasad.
