Raipur, July 27, 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected state officials of the Satnami Samaj held at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium located in the Medical College of Raipur. Congratulating and wishing all the newly elected officials, he said that education is the mantra for the development of the society. We all have to work together for the overall development of the society.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that during the tenure of former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, a Jaitkham higher than the Qutub Minar was constructed in Girodhpuri Dham, along with many development works. This has not only increased the pride of the society, but also given global recognition to the Satnami society.
He said that on the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, a resolution has been taken to make India a developed nation by the year 2047. Accordingly, our government has also resolved to establish Chhattisgarh as a developed state by the year 2047. We have full faith that this resolution will definitely be fulfilled with the blessings of Baba Guru Ghasidas Ji.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced Rs 1 crore for the construction of a multi-purpose building of the Satnami Samaj in Raipur. In addition, an approval of Rs 50 lakh was also given for the completion of the remaining unfinished works of Madwa Mahal located in Girodhpuri. He also announced to give an incentive of five-five thousand rupees to the talented students who were being honored in the ceremony. On this occasion, students who performed excellently in class 10th and 12th were honored.
Speaker of the Assembly and former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, while wishing the newly elected officials of the Satnami Samaj, said that when the officials of the society work with commitment, dedication and honesty, the credibility of the society increases and the society progresses towards progress with harmony. He said that working with team spirit gives strength to creative efforts. He also congratulated the newly elected president Shri L.L. Kosle for the initiative to build a grand dharamshala in Girodhpuri Dham.
Dr. Raman Singh said that with the blessings of Baba Guru Ghasidas Ji, he got the opportunity to discharge various responsibilities like MLA, MP, Minister, Chief Minister and now Speaker of the Assembly in these 40 years of public life. Baba Ji’s message of “Manakhe-Manakhe Ek Barabar”, white flag and white clothes make the state a symbol of peace. The cultural expression of Panthi dance is also working to establish peace and harmony in Chhattisgarh in the world. He expressed confidence that with everyone’s participation and the blessings of Baba Ji, Chhattisgarh will become the most developed state in the country in the coming time.
