Google Photos is transforming with the integration of artificial intelligence, offering users new ways to experience their photos. The platform now enables the creation of video stories from still images, allowing AI to handle the editing process, including music and transitions.
The new video story feature automatically compiles selected photos into video clips, providing templates for events like birthdays and vacations. Advanced editing tools include the Magic Editor, which facilitates object manipulation; Sky Adjust, for sky enhancements; Auto Crop & Focus, for refined composition; and One-tap enhance, for instant photo improvement.
Smart albums and automated suggestions help users organize their photos and generate stories based on memories and relationships. The AI features are rolling out first to Google One subscribers and Pixel users.
