Rajim’s religious landscape was steeped in devotion, prayer, and the worship of Lord Shiva on the first day of Sawan. At the ancient Shri Kuleshwar Nath Temple, located at the Triveni Sangam, thousands of devotees offered their prayers on Monday. The temple, which sits at the confluence of the Pairi, Sondhur, and Mahanadi rivers, saw a constant stream of worshippers from dawn. The atmosphere within the temple was filled with the chants of “Har Har Mahadev” and “Bol Bam.” Lord Kuleshwar Nath was venerated with offerings of Bel leaves, datura flowers, Gangajal, sandalwood, and other items. The temple was beautifully adorned with flowers, lamps, and rangoli, creating a sense of divinity.
