Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ has made its theatrical debut, drawing audiences with its compelling storyline. The film, which is based on the 2018 Spanish movie ‘Champions’, initially demonstrated a positive trend at the box office. However, the film’s collections decreased on the fourth day. Sacnilk’s preliminary estimates indicate that ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ earned Rs 8.50 crore on its fourth day of release, a decline from the Rs 27.25 crore earned on its third day. The movie’s cumulative earnings have reached Rs 66.65 crore. Furthermore, reports indicate that Aamir Khan is planning a pay-per-view release model for the film, bypassing traditional OTT platforms. This decision aims to preserve the theatrical experience and encourage audiences to watch the film in cinemas. The film’s cast includes Genelia D’souza and several other actors in significant roles.
