Following its launch in Bengaluru, Myntra’s M-Now service, offering 30-minute delivery, is now accessible in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. This strategic move places Myntra at the forefront of the quick commerce market, targeting consumers who desire immediate gratification for their fashion, beauty, and lifestyle purchases. The service boasts a selection of over 90,000 products from more than 600 brands, supported by a network of over 40 dark stores in these three key cities. M-Now has witnessed a considerable rise in daily orders, nearly doubling in the last quarter, with fashion being the primary driver. The platform is geared toward meeting both impulsive purchases and urgent requirements, providing an unmatched delivery speed compared to conventional online shopping. Significant order spikes have been observed during major events. Valentine’s Day saw a 4.5-fold increase in overall orders and a 5-fold rise in new customer acquisition. Similarly, Mother’s Day experienced a 3.5x increase in apparel orders. The IPL finale resulted in a six-fold surge in the sale of RCB jerseys via M-Now, showcasing the service’s ability to leverage real-time trends. Best-selling product categories include T-shirts, jeans, dresses, kurta sets, lipsticks, and perfumes. M-Now offers products from leading brands like Levi, MANGO, Tommy Hilfiger, Bobbi Brown, L’Oréal, and Prada, in addition to new brands like Marks and Spencer, Snitch, Pantaloons, Decathlon and YSL. This wider brand assortment showcases Myntra’s dedication to offering a diverse selection for both premium and mass-market consumers. Apart from fashion, lifestyle and seasonal trends are also influencing demand. Trolley bag sales increased fivefold, while backpack demand doubled during the summer travel season. Myntra is using these insights to optimize its M-Now product offerings, meeting the diverse needs of its customers. M-Now complements the existing M-Express service, which already delivers approximately half of all orders within 48 hours to over 600 Indian cities. M-Now aims to set new standards in fashion e-commerce by providing faster intra-city delivery.
