According to Mario Alvisi, Royal Enfield’s Chief Growth Officer, the integration of Snapdragon technology marks a crucial step towards the future of the company and is designed to deliver a unique product experience. The QWM2290 SoC is a key component, developed for electric two-wheelers, managing the vehicle control unit and proprietary operating system, enabling riders to control the motorcycle via the TFT cluster.
The reports suggest that the company will soon be launching new 750cc bikes. Royal Enfield is reportedly testing a new engine. The Continental GT may see a cafe racer-style fairing. The 2025 Auto Expo might serve as a stage for these launches. The electric version of the Himalayan adventure bike has been spotted, sporting a new seat design and battery placement. The bike will have an Öhlins monoshock at the rear with heavy duty Nissin Fancy Petal Discs.
