*Education’s light will reach remote areas*
*Children get better education through rationalization*
Raipur, June 06, 2025/ The rationalization policy implemented by the Chhattisgarh government has sparked new hope for a better system of study and teaching in schools in remote areas. On the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the process of posting teachers in schools is being completed rapidly and with full transparency. Under the guidance of Collector Shri Nileshkumar Mahadev Kshirsagar, the rationalization process in the district has been completed in a very smooth and impartial manner. Now, subject-matter expert teachers have become available in schools where there were either no teachers or only one teacher posted. This will enable better teaching of mathematics, science and other subjects.
*Teachers expressed confidence and gratitude*
Teachers are also very satisfied with this process. Teacher Mrs. Sindhu Srivastava said that information about vacant posts was given on the screen during the counseling, due to which there was no problem in school selection. She expressed her gratitude to the government and the administration. Senior teacher Shri Manoj Kumar Jain, who was earlier posted in Madhyamik Shala Devdongar, said that despite being close to retirement, he got an opportunity to choose a school according to his wishes and in a transparent manner. He said that with this initiative of the Chhattisgarh government, expert teachers in subjects like mathematics, chemistry and biology will now be available in rural schools, which will improve the studies of children.
Teacher Atmaram Mandavi said that he was posted in the school of his own block through rationalization, he did not expect this. He said that when the Collector, CEO and District Education Officer were themselves present in the counseling process, the credibility of the process was automatically proven.
*A big step towards inclusive education*
The teachers believe that the rationalization process has been completed in this transparent manner. This will improve the quality of education by posting teachers in the required schools. This will also strengthen the trust of students and parents in government schools. This initiative is a big step towards an inclusive education system. The rationalization policy of the state government has also strengthened the foundation of a bright future for the students. The teacher community has thanked the Chhattisgarh government and the District Administration Kanker for this.
