Jagdalpur. Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has announced a bonus number 10 to 20 in board examinations to 10th and 12th students. Apart from this, volunteers of NCC NSS Scout Guide Literacy Program and students involved in other selected activities will also be given bonus numbers on the basis of performance. This announcement of the government will benefit the players in Bastar region. Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board i.e. CG Board is going to give bonus marks to players and students working in voluntary interests from this year. A letter of such players is being sought by sending a letter to all the district education officers, on the basis of which they will be given these marks.
Students participating in state level sports will also be given 10 marks at national level and 20 marks will also be given to students who have done better at the international level, District Education Officers from their respective areas are going to prepare a list of such students and send it to the CG Board. With this, the database of students who perform better at the school level will also be prepared and students who are interested in fellow sports will also be encouraged. Mata Rukmani Seva Sansthan of Bastar district where students participate in a large number of national and international sports sports every year.
Hundreds of students who are performing better in sports activities in the sports complex of Jagdalpur, including Archery of Ramakrishna Mission Kondagaon of Narayanpur, are going to get direct benefit from this scheme. The government has directed that, in the marksheet of the CG board, bonus points will be mentioned separately, which gives special reservation on the basis of sports interests in various government jobs.
