Income tax raid, jewelery shop and house investigation continues

Dhamtari: A jewelery shop has been raided by the Income Tax Department team in the city. On Monday morning, the team, which came in four trains, started investigating the shop and the respective house. Along with Raipur, the Income Tax Officers of Dhamtari are also involved in this action. According to the information received, this action has been taken due to the possibility of tax evasion. Officials are investigating the documents and scanning the records related to the transaction. At present, investigation is going on at both the shop and the house, and no official statement has come from the Income Tax Department. After this raid, there has been a stir among the traders.
