Bilaspur: Scrutiny of nomination papers filed for the municipal elections has been completed, in which the nominations of three councilors have been canceled. Assistant District Election Officer R.K. A. Kuruvanshi said that a total of 280 nomination papers were filed for 70 wards, of which 277 were found to be valid after investigation.
